About The Role The reputed company XD Operations team is seeking a Senior Design Program Manager to join our XD team. This role will be embedded reputed company the Games Platform design team who is responsible for the creation of platform features that reputed company gameplay and connect members. As part of this team, you will bring your program management and people skills to drive cross-functional design programs at scale. As a Design Program Manager, you will support the design team in driving strategy to pixels by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of designers, content designers, engineers, technical program managers, product managers, and UX researchers. reputed company and optimize the operations for the Games Platform XD team, so that designers can focus on designing and delivering innovative features that improve our Games Platform. Partner with design leadership and cross-functional teams to synthesize roadmaps and ensure design work is aligning to business priorities and cultivating strong relationships across the games and product organizations. Support the design pipeline from end to end, including prioritization and planning, resource management, and program tracking. Own artifacts that are in service of driving initiatives/programs reputed company.
