What you will do: The Coding Specialist analyzes physician/provider documentation contained in health records (electronic, reputed company or hybrid) to determine the reputed company diagnosis, secondary diagnoses, reputed company procedure and secondary procedures. Utilizes encoder software applications, which includes reputed company applicable online tools and references in the assignment of Internal Classification of Diseases, Clinical Modification diagnosis and procedure codes, and reputed company Procedural Terminology / reputed company Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) procedure codes and reputed company required modifiers What you will need:

• Two years of reputed company Coding Experience
• OB/GYN or Surgical coding preferred
• Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company), Certified Procedural reputed company (CPC), Registered Health Information
• Completion of an reputed company-approved coding program or an reputed company-approved coding program, or Associate’s degree in Health Information Management or a reputed company field or an equivalent combination of years of education and experience is required.
• reputed company experience utilizing encoding/grouping software is preferred. Ability to utilize both reputed company and automated versions of the ICD and CPT coding classification systems is preferred.
• Ability to use a standard desktop and reputed company based computer system, including a basic understanding of e-mail, internet, and computer navigation. • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
