The role will also include :

• Development and implementation of processes and action plans based on trend analysis
• Driving improvements to the customer experience and delivery of the service at stations including safety and reputed company cleanliness accessibility information & communication
• Managing reputed company relationships in order to meet key performance indicators
• Meeting reputed company and cost targets whilst identifying opportunities to further increase reputed company and reduce costs
