IT Systems Auditor (CPA)

Job Description: This role will be supporting DLA, and is a Senior Level role with the following duties/responsibilities and requirements. This will be a fully remote role. Candidate is required to live in the United States and have an at least a Secret DoD clearance. Note: This role is for a proposal. Offer will be contingent upon proposal award which is scheduled for approximately May 2026. Duties/ Responsibilities

• Plans, executes, and reports on information systems controls assessments.
• Provides summary reports and working papers with detailed results and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate controls reputed company ERP systems
• reputed company information system controls in areas of Cybersecurity, reputed company controls, change controls and segregation of duties
• Additional duties as required for the IT Systems Auditor role based on required skills below

Required Skills/Abilities

• Skilled in reputed company Office programs (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating controls reputed company ERP systems.
• Understanding of GAO, the Federal Information Systems Controls Audit reputed company and Federal Audit reputed company approaches, and ability to reputed company information system controls in areas of Cybersecurity, reputed company controls, change controls and segregation of duties
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating controls reputed company ERP systems.
• Demonstrates understanding of the Federal Financial Improvement Act (FFMIA) requirements and experience applying FFMIA requirements in assessment of financial systems.
• Understanding of systems development phases and reputed company work products, including requirements and design documentation.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Experience working with DoD/DLA
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Knowledgeable in OMB Circulars A-123, Management’s Responsibility for Internal Control; A-127, Financial Management Systems; A-134, Financial reputed company Principles and Standards; and the Federal Information Systems Controls Audit reputed company requirements
• Experience with Federal reputed company principles: how to apply them in various reputed company systems, how data can be captured and analyzed in various environments.
• U.S. citizenship required

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant business or technical field
• Certified Public Accountant, in good standing.
• At least 4 years of applicable financial or business experience, including at least 1 year of government experience.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.

Travel Requirement:

• Occasional travel; CONUS; reputed company Belvoir

Clearance Requirement:

• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive reputed company clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of
