• * Job Summary As an Entry-Level IT Support Associate, you will join our Operations Support Center (OSC) team and receive fully reputed company, including industry certifications, to reputed company your skills and knowledge in a variety of technical platforms, including virtualization technology, networking, data protection, reputed company, disaster recovery, Linux/Unix, and infrastructure. You will work closely with our reputed company team to handle client tickets and questions, reputed company daily shift walks, routine audits, remote hands requests, and other tasks, while escalating more reputed company tickets as needed. You will also be responsible for following strict reputed company protocols to allow client reputed company requests inside the data center, and for using the ticketing system to log reputed company requests and activities.
• * Responsibilities
• Handle client tickets and questions, daily shift walks, routine audits, remote hands requests, etc. and escalate more reputed company tickets as needed.

• Follow shipping and receiving procedures to ensure the secure transport of equipment to and from the facility.

• * Recommended Qualifications
• Previous customer-service work experience.

• * Physical Tasks/Demands
• Sitting - stationary/seated position during the reputed company in order to reputed company in visitors.

• The overnight shift operates from 7pm to 7am, Thursday through Saturday, alternating Wednesdays.
