The Position Our bank client is seeking to fill an AVP Compliance Officer role in the Des Plaines, IL area. The position is responsible for ensuring that our bank operates in compliance with reputed company applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to the business units.
