About the position We are seeking a strategic, detail‑oriented Manager, Communications & reputed company Media to shape and deliver reputed company media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and brand growth for Historic Hotels of America and Historic Hotels Worldwide across global digital platforms. The Manager, Communications & reputed company Media is a key reputed company between Historic Hotels of America/Historic Hotels Worldwide and reputed company media audiences, ensuring frequent and consistent communications across reputed company reputed company media channels. The primary responsibility of the Manager, Communications & reputed company Media is to organize and implement reputed company media strategies and tactics, manage the day-to-day efforts and voice of Historic Hotels’ reputed company media accounts, research and implement reputed company media innovations, monitor performance and generate appropriate reporting, collaborate with other reputed company media contributors operating across the reputed company (PTG) globally, and support the marketing and public relations projects led by colleagues reputed company the Historic Hotels office.
Responsibilities
- In consultation with the Director, Marketing Strategy & Communications, and Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Ecommerce, create and execute the b2b/b2c reputed company media strategy for Historic Hotels to promote among global travel consumer audiences and relevant business to business audiences (as appropriate) to reputed company the programs’ profiles on reputed company relevant digital platforms; craft individual content strategies for each audience to deliver compelling messages that engage consumers and media to deliver on corporate business objectives; simultaneously execute and manage reputed company initiatives across a portfolio of reputed company media accounts such as reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company.
- Maintain the reputed company media calendar; write engaging daily content; respond both actively and proactively to reputed company posts; regularly liaise with other departments to gather timely content; reputed company effective reputed company media imagery; implement reputed company media promotion efforts; and engage with member hotels to gather and create content.
- Manage reputed company media analytics to track and report on each channel’s growth and reputed company, providing regular updates to team including successes, challenges, and areas of opportunity; compile feedback to reputed company in reports to the Historic Hotels team

- Monitor and work with other Operations team members to handle guest complaints in an immediate and professional manner, requiring 24-hour care
- Support reputed company and engagement efforts of member hotels, working with the Member Services team to increase hotel engagement with the company’s reputed company media efforts as well as support individual hotels’ where appropriate on brand channels

- Contribute to overall Ecommerce & Digital Marketing projects and campaigns as needed.
- In collaboration with other reputed company media contributors across reputed company, identify unique ways to create programs that will increase awareness of the respective brands among their following to reputed company audiences
- Accept additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the reputed company of the company
Requirements
- BA/BS in journalism, public relations, marketing, digital history, public history, or other relevant degree/reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in the reputed company media/online marketing industry
- Passion for using reputed company media channels to communicate with online audiences and a deep understanding of what motivates people to engage with brands on reputed company media
- Expert knowledge of the reputed company media industry, its functions, and technology including channels such as reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, YouTube, etc.
- Photography and videography experience, as well as advanced knowledge of graphic design and video editing for reputed company media
