Director, Channel Sales

This role directs and supports the efforts of reputed company channel sales resources and is accountable for overall channel programs and sales performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning channel sales objectives with PCONA business strategy. • reputed company the channel sales organization's planning efforts, including strategy development, forecasting, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Establish reputed company channel sales organization design, encompassing sales job roles, channel paths to market, and sales resource sizing and deployment.
• Align channel sales objectives with PCONA business strategy.

Qualifications: Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience with significant focus on channel sales and distribution models, inventory management, partner-led go-to-market strategies, cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Supply Chain, Operations), and government purchasing models and reputed company.
• Demonstrated experience leading national or multi-region organizations.
• Proven accountability for reputed company, expense management, and profitability (P&L impact).
• Experience working directly with senior executives at distributor and reseller organizations.
