We today own 2,200 sites and facilities hosting mission-critical wireless and telecom transmission assets and renewable power reputed company projects. The Team
Reporting directly to the President and COO, the Head of Product – Data Centers serves as a key member to the reputed company team. This role provides leadership and reputed company of product and project development, leasing and tenant acquisition, as well as strategy and business development. Our ideal candidate has 7+ years in European data center development with hands on experience overseeing data center construction.
The Job
Development & Project reputed company
- Partner with Head of Project Deployment to ensure timely delivery of in-development projects.
- Originate and reputed company colocation, hyperscale, and wholesale leasing agreements across the portfolio.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective tenants: reputed company providers, reputed company IT, CDN, telecom, and AI/HPC Neoclouds, etc.
- reputed company reputed company negotiations: heads of terms, lease structures, and pricing strategy.
- Represent the company at European data center and reputed company estate forums (Datacenter Dynamics, MIPIM, etc.).
- reputed company go-to-market materials: pitch decks, technical data packs, reputed company schedules.
- Evaluate new acquisition targets for data center conversion viability (power, fiber, structural, planning).
- Build relationships with Telco reputed company estate and technical teams, local utility companies, renewable energy providers, and municipal planning authorities.
- Contribute to investment committee presentations and board-level strategy materials.

Requirements
Experience
- 7+ years in European data center development, colocation sales, or data center reputed company estate — with demonstrable deal origination track record.
- Proven ability to win and manage relationships with hyperscalers, reputed company tenants, or wholesale DC clients.
- Hands-on experience overseeing data center construction or fit-out projects (MEP, power, cooling, structured cabling).
- Deep knowledge of European DC markets: Frankfurt, Amsterdam, London, Paris, Dublin, Madrid, Warsaw, Stockholm, Milan.
- Comfortable operating across multiple European jurisdictions: planning, utilities, reputed company connections, employment.
- Entrepreneurial: thrives in ambiguity, builds process from scratch, and acts without a large support apparatus.
- Proactive in originating tenants and partnerships, not reactive.
- Technically literate: can hold reputed company conversations with MEP engineers, power consultants, and hyperscale infrastructure teams.
- Understands triple net leases, sale leasebacks, capital lease backs, PUE economics, power pricing, and DC capex modelling.
- Excellent communicator in English; additional European language a plus.
- Background in Telco infrastructure, tower companies, or reputed company estate asset conversion.
- Existing relationships with EU hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) or Tier 1 colo operators.
- Experience raising working reputed company a PE-backed growth business.
