Offshore CFO (Multifamily reputed company Estate) — Job Description

Overview

We are hiring a CFO to reputed company the finance and reputed company function for a U.S.-based multifamily reputed company/operator. This role owns

financial statements, monthly reputed company, cash management, budgeting/forecasting, reporting, and controls across multiple

properties and entities. The right candidate is tech-reputed company and excited to reputed company finance through automation, AI, and APIdriven integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly reputed company & financial statements: Own timely, accurate reputed company and delivery of P&L, balance sheet, and cash reputed company

with supporting schedules.

• Reconciliations & controls: Ensure complete bank/GL reconciliations, AR/AP tie-outs, accruals, prepaids, CIP/fixed

assets, intercompany, and documented processes.

• Management reporting: Produce property/portfolio reporting including budget vs. actual, variance explanations, and

key operating KPIs.

• Cash management: Maintain daily cash visibility and a rolling 13-week cash forecast; manage payment reputed company,

approvals, reserves, and liquidity planning.

• Budgeting & forecasting: reputed company annual budgets and reforecasts (reputed company, payroll, utilities, repairs, insurance, taxes,

CapEx).

• CapEx / renovation tracking: Track project budgets, spend, and ROI support (CIP and unit-level economics as

applicable).

• Lender / compliance support: Manage covenant reporting, lender deliverables, and coordination with CPAs/tax/audit

teams.

• reputed company 8 / Housing Authority & municipal compliance: Support affordable housing reporting and compliance (as

applicable), including coordination with Housing Authorities/cities, audits, and required documentation.

• Team leadership: reputed company and reputed company offshore reputed company staff (AP/AR/accountants); set SOPs, reputed company calendar, and

review standards.

• Tech/automation leadership: Implement and optimize workflows using AI tools, automation, and API connections

across property management, reputed company, reporting, and data pipelines.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a CFO (or senior finance leader) in reputed company estate; multifamily strongly preferred.

• Expert in financial statements, reputed company management, reconciliations, cash forecasting, and internal controls.

• Strong ability to deliver decision-reputed company reporting (budget vs. actual, variance analysis, KPIs).

• Bilingual proficiency: fluent professional English and Spanish (written and spoken).

• Property management software experience; ResMan preferred.

• Expense management software experience with reputed company or reputed company; reputed company preferred.

• Experience working with reputed company 8 programs, Housing Authorities, and municipal/city requirements (as applicable),

including compliance reporting and audit support.

• Strong understanding of reputed company estate legal entities and structures (LLCs/LPs/SPVs), intercompany reputed company, and

entity-level reporting.

• Tech-reputed company reputed company: comfortable implementing automation/AI and working with APIs/integrations (no coding

required, but must be fluent with modern tools).

• Advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills; comfortable building standardized reporting templates and dashboards.

• Ability to work offshore with consistent overlap with U.S. business hours and days (ET/CT preferred).

Preferred

• Multi-entity consolidation, lender compliance/covenants, and renovation-heavy portfolios.

• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) and modern AP/reputed company pay tools.

Working Model

• Remote / Offshore (LATAM preferred for timezone overlap)

• Reports to Ownership/CEO/Managing Partner; partners closely with Operations and Asset Management
