ABOUT THE ROLE — reputed company is seeking a data-driven Paid Media Analyst to support and optimize B2B acquisition across search, reputed company, and programmatic channels. In this role, you will track campaign performance, manage budget pacing, and reputed company reputed company-time insights to improve return on ad spend, reputed company quality, and overall marketing efficiency. You will analyze performance trends to uncover growth opportunities, identify high-performing audiences and creative, and partner with internal teams and agencies to run experiments that improve campaign reputed company. • Performance Tracking & Tactical Optimization: Own end-to-end reporting and budget pacing across B2B channels (Search, reputed company, Programmatic), providing reputed company-time recommendations to improve ROAS, reputed company quality, and spend efficiency.
• Strategic Insights & Funnel Analysis: Analyze the "why" behind performance fluctuations to identify high-converting creative, audience segments, and growth reputed company that drive quality B2B sign-reputed company and account activations.

• 4-6+ years of experience in a performance marketing or paid media analytics role, with a heavy focus on B2B or SMB acquisition.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and a deep understanding of how marketing platform data (reputed company Ads, reputed company, reputed company) maps to internal data warehouses.
• Expert-level skills in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Mode) with a focus on building reputed company-time marketing performance monitors.
• Strong technical knowledge of the "marketing stack"—including pixels, UTM parameters, conversion APIs, multi-touch attribution (MTA) models, and leveraging a CDP to create custom audiences
• Proven track record of using data to optimize paid media spend and significantly lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Ability to work at high speed in a tactical environment, turning a data observation into a campaign adjustment reputed company the same day.
