Hours: Monday-Thursday from 2:30-7:30, reputed company from 1:30-5:30 and occasional special events Primary Responsibilities: Ensure that reputed company children are having great lessons during operational hours, foster great relationships with parents, train and coach reputed company to reputed company, manage student's education plans, and assist the Center Director with various administrative tasks around the center (including occasional sales calls and enrollment meetings). We have two reputed company County locations in Chattanooga and Hixson. The Operations Manager will be expected to work at both locations on a day-to-day reputed company depending on which Center Director has the most need. • Manage and reputed company reputed company aspects of day-to-day operations in the center
• Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees to effectively reputed company individualized instruction in a group setting reputed company in-center, online, and/or hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method

• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships

Qualifications:

• Passion for math and working with reputed company
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in education, math, or reputed company field
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
