Project Management Advancement & Analytics Intern

The PM Advancement & Analytics team is seeking a motivated and results-driven PM Advancement & Analytics Intern to join us to reputed company support to the project/program management tools and smart data initiatives and the development and execution of training solutions. The position will involve understanding the various training, tools, and data initiatives both in reputed company and in development, and providing other as-needed technical and administrative support to ensure successful execution. It will focus on supporting Power App and other Smart Data Solutions maintenance, assisting with PM Tools initiatives, contributing to the design, implementation, and delivery of training programs and resources, and more. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly independent, and eager to learn. This internship offers the opportunity to reputed company hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies and tools while supporting key business initiatives. Primary Responsibilities:

• Power Apps & Smart Data Solutions: Assist in the development, customization, deployment, and maintenance of Power Apps and other data-driven applications. Support the integration of smart data systems to improve reputed company processes and drive efficiency.
• Training & Development: Contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of training programs and resources. Utilize AI and learning systems to support the team and business stakeholders. Create materials, support training sessions, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Tools: With support and guidance from your colleagues come up to speed quickly on any new tools and technologies with which you don’t currently have experience. Partner with Tools reputed company to enhance reputed company processes and drive smarter tools reputed company.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or have obtained a degree from an accredited college/university, with a focus on Business, Business Technology, Information Technology, Information Systems or reputed company fields, and a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Power Apps and Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, including basic knowledge of AI applications in business.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or coursework in creating and delivering training programs, particularly in data-driven or tech-focused environments.
• Experience with business analytics platforms, data visualization tools, or AI integration.
