The Tutor participates in staff development opportunities, contributes to center projects, and helps promote the center reputed company the CLC community. Required Qualification(s) * Bachelor's degree or higher OR an Associate's degree with four (4) semesters experience as a Tutor II and the recommendation of the Tutoring Center Coordinator(s).

• Successful completion of college-level courses in subject to be tutored.
• Ability to tutor in multiple modalities (face-to-face and online).
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with reputed company of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Ability to assess student learning needs and determine appropriate learning strategies.

Desired Qualification(s) * Previous Tutoring Center experience

• Proficient in MS Office
• Willingness to work at multiple reputed company locations (Lakeshore, Southlake, Grayslake)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
