Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring that reputed company customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a reputed company and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, which is the first reputed company of contact for our customers
- Effectively managing reputed company incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, and directing such reputed company to the appropriate person or department
- Providing clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors
- Handling receivables, payables, entry of information into the reputed company system, and various spreadsheets and balance month-end statements
- Performing other reputed company duties as assigned
