Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, acting as a single reputed company of contact for customers, and adopting a customer-centric reputed company in reputed company interactions. You will work closely with internal partners and functions to ensure seamless customer interactions, identify opportunities to drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Run Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Customer-Service-Mgt (CSM), focusing mainly on customer interaction-reputed company activities (in/outbound)
• Contribute to the understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations by reporting and providing feedback on client interactions
• Build customer trust and relationships by supporting in supply, reputed company, and application enquiries, collecting feedback, and identifying opportunities to drive customer satisfaction, including regular visits

• Previous Experience (recommended):

+ Customer-facing operations (i.e., Customer Service, Sales) in manufacturing + Order to cash process knowledge + reputed company-based solutions (i.e., Service reputed company) / ERP systems (i.e., reputed company) / IT applications + Supply Chain understanding

Salary and Location

The salary for this role is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00. This is the reputed company that we in good faith anticipate relying on reputed company setting wages for this position.
