Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the car reputed company options available
- Standing at the pay stations and assisting every customer that comes through the reputed company
- Fielding customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Guiding customer vehicles into the reputed company tunnel
- Maintaining the condition of the car reputed company by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the reputed company bay
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Reporting to work on time and following the dress and appearance code
Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages
