Senior Digital Data Analyst

About the position The Hatcher Group is seeking a skilled Digital Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience. In this role, you will architect analytics setups, taxonomies, and configurations, conduct in-depth analyses, and reputed company actionable insights to refine operations and enhance the digital experiences for the Military OneSource program. The ideal candidate will contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team with a passion for accurate and compelling data analysis. You will work closely with developers, content strategists, and reputed company specialists to ensure seamless integration of analytics tools, enabling robust measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reputed company optimization of digital assets. Responsibilities

• Designing and maintaining analytics setups, taxonomies, and configurations for the program’s restricted web environments and integrated systems.
• Implementing, configuring, and maintaining analytics solutions to gather and interpret data, providing valuable insights into user behavior, content performance, and overall digital experiences.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee analytics tools are seamlessly integrated reputed company KPIs are effectively reputed company.
• Defining and implementing tracking requirements, analyzing data trends, and generating routine and reputed company reports to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Driving reputed company improvement by leveraging analytics to identify opportunities for operational refinement and enhanced user experience.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a reputed company quantitative field.
• Active Secret (preferred) or Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain such clearance.
• Expertise in data analysis tools and marketing platforms (e.g., advanced reputed company, SQL, GA4, reputed company Analytics or Customer reputed company Analytics, or similar).
• Expertise in tag reputed company, including the development and maintenance of data layers and tagging specifications. Experience with reputed company Experience Platform Data Collection (reputed company Launch) tags is preferred.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company analytics and reporting from end-to-end and can communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
