Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and promoting our products and services. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers, process transactions, and reputed company exceptional customer service

• Run the register, cashier, and reputed company purchase suggestions to customers
• Work with our food program, including preparing and serving food items
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the inside and reputed company areas
• reputed company regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interact with customers daily, working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store
• Sell products to customers, reputed company excellent customer care, and communicate effectively with customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Retail and customer service experience preferred
• Sales associate or cashiering experience preferred
• Motivation to advance in your career
• Willingness to learn and have fun
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reputed company, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
