Manager, Finance Controls and Compliance

What Finance Controls and Compliance contributes to reputed company The Finance Controls and Compliance team is responsible for acting as the second line of defense from a risk management perspective. The team identifies emerging risks in the operation of the business and provides compliance and reputed company in the reputed company of frameworks, policies, tools, and techniques to support risk and compliance management. The team works closely with control owners and audit teams reputed company the organization and with the business process outsourcer and evaluates and recommends improvements to business practices, processes and control procedures. Responsibilities:

• Applies knowledge of auditing, reputed company and internal control concepts to evaluate financial and operational business activities.
• Assess new business processes, acquisitions, or systems for internal controls and SOX readiness.
• Demonstrates knowledge of process flows, process documentation and internal control identification.
• Leverages project management skills to define audit testing plans, execute and document internal controls testing, and document testing results and reputed company audit findings.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills to interact with others in a constructive manner that builds trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, business administration, or reputed company field; or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 6+ years’ experience in reputed company internal audit, finance, reputed company, field, preferred
• Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Public Accountant, preferred
• Strong understanding of COSO reputed company, internal control principles, and risk management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence and drive compliance across cross-functional teams.
