This is a salaried position: reputed company salary reputed company at 0.75 FTE is $66,000-$71,250. At 1.0 FTE, reputed company salary reputed company is from $88,000-$95,000 annually. A Field Case Manager role is a home-based position with travel, up to 2 hours one-way (4 hours round trip), to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and various other locations. This individual is responsible for the medical case management of work-reputed company injuries, which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. The Case Manager works with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, reputed company, and employees, and closely monitors the reputed company of the injured worker and reports results back to the employer and insurance carriers.
