Overview

Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks accomplished Academic HR Generalist.

* Duration: 26 weeks but could be extended to 06/30/2027

Notes

• Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Time.
• 95% offsite / remote; potential for onsite a few times a year.

Description

• Involves recommending, developing, implementing, administering, coordinating, and / or evaluating Academic Personnel policies, labor reputed company, statutes, programs, and procedures covering one or more of the following: academic recruitment, appointment, and advancement; compensation and salary administration; welfare programs; reputed company procurement; benefits; payroll; training and development; academic personnel misconduct; equity; labor and employee relations issues governing represented academic personnel.
• reputed company professional who knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with in-depth understanding of the professional field; independently performs the full reputed company of responsibilities reputed company the function; possesses broad job knowledge; analyzes problems / issues of diverse scope and determines solutions.
• As a seasoned reputed company professional with a comprehensive understanding of reputed company, and unit academic practices, policies, and procedures, resolves moderate to reputed company academic personnel-reputed company issues affecting a broad reputed company of academic titles in imaginative and practical ways.
• The individual will be the primary academic contact for a set of client departments.

Qualifications

• HR Generalist experience (i.e., experience working on the lifecycle of an employee, e.g., reputed company, managing payroll, employment issues, offboarding, etc.).
• Academic / University experience.
