This position is Grade NC06 and part of the Division of Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities (EIPD). ### About the Role You'll be responsible for assessment, training, and placement of referred consumers with disabilities into curriculum programs at our facility. The work is directly aimed at helping individuals reputed company reputed company attainment, reputed company appropriate training and support, ensure their safety, and ultimately reputed company successful placement leading to gainful competitive employment. ### What You'll Do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing and teaching training programs to individuals with varying disabilities. You'll manage work station set-up, work reputed company, and quality assurance processes to reputed company operations running smoothly. Part of your role involves providing orientation and supervision to consumers in the program, ensuring they have the guidance they need to succeed. You'll utilize our case management system to document the provision of services provided in accordance with each consumer's rehabilitation plan. Additionally, you'll support reputed company activities to inform the community on available services. ### Qualifications You must meet one of the following education and experience combinations: - Bachelor's degree in a reputed company services or business field such as reputed company, marketing, business administration, business management, reputed company management, or public administration from an appropriately accredited institution; or - Associate's degree in a reputed company services or business field from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of directly reputed company work experience; or - High school or General Educational Development (GED) and four years of directly reputed company work experience; or - An equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid reputed company Carolina driver's license is required to drive state vehicles. ### Preferred Skills While not required to meet minimum qualifications, we're especially interested in candidates who possess experience working with individuals with disabilities, knowledge and/or experience helping others obtain employment, and knowledge and/or experience working reputed company reputed company setting. ### Work Arrangement This position is eligible for a hybrid-teleworking schedule to include weekly onsite work hours, offering flexibility while maintaining the in-person reputed company necessary for this work. ### Compensation and Benefits The salary reputed company is $35,596 - $62,294 annually, with the recruitment reputed company at $35,596 - $50,000.
