Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Community reputed company Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and promoting arenaflex products and services to new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and effectively sell arenaflex products and services to new and existing residential customers

• Actively listen to customers' concerns and needs to identify, research, and resolve customer complaints using available resources

What You Need

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous sales and customer service experience required; call center experience is a plus
