Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company Customer Care Representatives to join reputed company on a part-time, work-from-home reputed company. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your goal will be to reputed company a positive and memorable experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) in a professional manner

• Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as needed
• Research and troubleshoot problems and reputed company resolutions by using available resources

Requirements

• Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment while remaining detailed and organized

Home Office Requirements
