The Role: Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company & Sales Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building and growing strong client relationships, driving business growth, and supporting sales operations. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management
+ Build and grow strong client relationships across your portfolio of accounts + Present quotes through live meetings and ensure timely follow-up after events reputed company meeting or survey + Ensure each client account receives meaningful engagement on a regular reputed company + Host regular client meetings and reputed company insights to support retention and satisfaction + Resolve any client issues in reputed company collaboration with Operations and Management
Growth & Opportunity Development
+ Proactively explore new business opportunities reputed company existing accounts + Expand client contact networks and identify potential for new service areas + Collaborate regularly with Business Development Managers to align on account strategies and client communication
Sales Operations Support
