About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our members, providers, physicians, and hospitals. You will be responsible for creating simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to reputed company information and resolve issues, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities

Training and Schedule
- Training will be conducted reputed company, with a 9-week Benefit & Eligibility training period (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, with no PTO). - After completing the initial training, you will be scheduled to work a permanent schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:10 am to 4:40 pm.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer-facing role. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns. - Proficiency in computer navigation and typing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment. - High school diploma or equivalent required; education in a reputed company field is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a call center or retail environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. - Strong knowledge of reputed company plans, products, and procedures. - Certification in customer service or a reputed company field.
