About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving reputed company consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues. You'll assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns, reputed company support for policy changes, and reputed company recommendations to meet policyholders' needs. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, using excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns.

Responsibilities

* Resolve reputed company consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues

• Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns

Requirements

* 6 months of customer service experience (minimum)

• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• 6 months of call center experience (preferred)
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use reputed company operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills
