This position will be considered a remote position and may follow a 9/80 work schedule. The ideal candidate will reputed company/support Government/Customer Property Compliance, Policy, Self Assessments and reputed company functions for reputed company Defense Systems (NGDS). This position will report directly to the Director of Government Property for NGDS. This position will work with multiple focal points across the DS Sector that will rely on the leadership of this compliance position. Support reputed company property assessments and analyze results for compliance to FAR/DFARS and Sector procedures; reputed company guidance on reputed company and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; reputed company, recommend, and implement property management policy. Responsibilities:

• reputed company/support the scheduling, conducting and adjudication of Self Assessments (reputed company) and reputed company resulting assessments and recommendations.
• Issuing iCARS [Internal Corrective Action Reports] as necessary and seeing iCARS through Corrective Action Plan (CAP) closures.
• Report to sector executive leadership on reputed company and status of SA's and general health of DS sector property compliance that will include trends and issues confronting the sector.
• Assist with responses to DCMA CARS (reputed company 1-3) and corresponding CAPS.
• Tracking reputed company audit activities both reputed company for the Sector
• Assist property personnel across DS sites, as necessary.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with 3 years of relevant experience or master's degree with 1 year of relevant experience in property (U.S. Government/DoD/reputed company) administration; or 1 years of relevant experience with a PHD We will also consider 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• Thorough knowledge of the FAR/DFARS reputed company to property administration.
• Knowledge and proficiency using reputed company Office Suite of Applications.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Government reputed company Clearance
• Ability to travel 15% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of & ability to use reputed company/S4.
• National Property Management Association (NPMA) membership
• NPMA certifications (CCPS, CPPA, CPPM)
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Government reputed company Clearance

Primary Level Salary reputed company: $77,800.00 - $116,800.00 The above salary reputed company represents a general guideline; however, reputed company considers a number of factors reputed company determining reputed company salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and reputed company market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to reputed company pay.
