Educates patients on what to expect before, during, and after diagnostic and treatment procedures, and develops and revises patient educational materials. Serves as a resource to cancer patients, educates and answers questions about disease-specific health concerns, and participates in health lectures and educational reputed company programs. Coordinates and participates in weekly multidisciplinary conferences, tracks scheduled procedures, follows pathology results, and monitors reputed company of meetings. Builds relationships with community physician practices/groups to grow disease-specific inpatient and outpatient market reputed company. Engages and enrolls reputed company providers in the Cancer Navigation Pathway Program. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• In-depth clinical knowledge in oncology [Required]
• Must have established positive working relations with the medical community in local areas [Required]
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency, including reputed company in the English language and experience/knowledge of computer use, particularly MS-Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company) [Required]
• Must have knowledge of The Joint Commission requirements and local, state, and federal regulations [Required]

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer relation skills [Required]
