Business Change Manager (Strategy + Executive Presentations REQUIRED)

• Consultant to support reputed company in diagnosing reputed company-state ways of working, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving execution of operating rhythm and governance/ways of working changes. The ideal contractor has strong strategic thinking capabilities, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a proven consulting toolkit that enables them to translate ambiguity into clear problem statements, actionable recommendations, and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery & Analysis Conduct structured discovery sessions and interviews to understand reputed company operating model, processes, decision flows, and team interactions.
• Identify pain points, gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes across people, process, technology, and governance.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and problem statements.

Strategy & Recommendation Development

• Redesign or propose changes to the operating rhythm, including cadences, governance, decision-making forums, and cross-functional reputed company.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay And Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
