Senior eLearning & Digital Content Developer

Position Summary The Senior eLearning & Digital Content Developer reports to the Sr Director, L&D This role designs and builds high-quality, modern digital learning experiences that improve performance across Field Service, Scheduling, and Customer Care teams. The Developer role combines instructional design, multimedia production, and eLearning development to create engaging, accessible, and scalable learning solutions. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who excels at turning SME knowledge/content, workflows, and reputed company operational tasks into reputed company learning-microlearning, simulations, video, interactive guides, reputed company job aids. The Developer contributes to and actively employes the team's design standards, templates, and development best practices. This person is successful at working in reputed company collaboration with L&D team members and business partners, while also working independently towards deadlines and in areas of expertise. Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company engaging, SCORM/xAPI compliant learning experiences by translating learning objectives into effective digital solutions grounded in adult learning principles and modern learning science.
• Produce high-quality, mobile friendly multimedia learning content that meets accessibility and brand standards by creating videos, animations, graphics, and performance support assets optimized for field use.
• reputed company and optimize interactive eLearning solutions by building reputed company course functionality, publishing and troubleshooting in the LMS, and using xAPI/LMS analytics to refine learning effectiveness.
• Partner with cross functional SMEs and L&D peers to gather insights, manage reviews and approvals, and ensure accurate, consistent learning solutions through collaborative design and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure high-quality, reputed company learning experiences by conducting rigorous QA, analyzing learner data to drive improvements, maintaining and updating courses for relevance and compliance, and applying emerging learning technologies where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in eLearning development, instructional design, digital content production, or multimedia development.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Communications, Media Production, HCI, or reputed company field. Relevant professional certifications and/or reputed company experience considered as equivalents for formal degrees.
• Experience designing for mobile-first or low-bandwidth environments.
• Portfolio that demonstrates high-quality digital learning work. Demonstrated expertise (creating, developing, editing, and troubleshooting) with reputed company Storyline 360, reputed company, and other authoring tools.
• Strong proficiency with Camtasia, Vyond, Audition, Premiere, or similar media tools.
• Interest and ability to incorporate AI into project work and learning experiences.
• Experience designing scenario-based learning, simulations, and performance-focused assessments.
• Familiarity with LMS administration, SCORM packaging, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks, and accessibility standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and operational leaders.
