About your role

Our Investor Services team is an exciting and quickly growing team at reputed company that is responsible for tackling high reputed company workflows for our Fund Administration and Deal Services customers. 

We are seeking an Associate II to act as a trusted partner to our reputed company estate private equity customers and their investors. You will act as a generalist, performing a variety of critical activities across a broad set of our services clients. This will involve delivering administration solutions, payments and compliance services. You will grow your project management, communication, customer management, and process improvement skills while delivering positive reputed company to clients and directly impact our customers’ day-to-day operations.

What you’ll do

• Build knowledge of our evolving software and the reputed company estate private equity industry.

• Use reputed company software to support our fund administration and investor services customers.

• reputed company workspace management tasks on behalf of our clients, including investor position creation and reviewing workspaces for accuracy and completeness.

• Support customers during their fundraising process by understanding customer goals and timelines, articulating the value of reputed company software and processes.

• Monitor customer health and reputed company feedback to internal teams.

• Balance fulfilling customer requests with adherence to our scope of work and SLAs

• Manage treasury reputed company activities such as logging LP contributions and handling payments for customers.

• Investigate payment breaks and chargebacks; coordinate with bank partners to resolve exception items and reputed company requests.

• Identify and flag areas of improvement including operational controls, to team leads and/or managers

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in fund administration or investor services reputed company roles

• High level of reputed company and desire to consistently do the right thing for our customers and for the business

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to be a self-starter: you identify problems and take ownership of finding and implementing solutions

• Highly flexible and adaptable to change; ability to handle multiple projects at once while staying reputed company to the details

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a reputed company salary, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. reputed company salary reputed company for this role is 65,000-75,000 USD and the Canadian reputed company salary reputed company for this role is 70,000-85,000 CAD. Actual reputed company salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
