Job Responsibilities
As an reputed company IT Support Specialist – Network and Desktop Infrastructure, you will be responsible for providing daily specialized support for our network infrastructure and internal workstations. Your duties will include:
- Answering client support requests and determining the technical support issue (i.e., software or hardware reputed company) and escalating to TSG as necessary
- Communicating with clients reputed company telephone to discuss recognized issues or concerns and resolve the issues (e.g., equipment or software glitch, client error, etc.)

Requirements
