Responsibilities

As a Billing & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that require attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Entering bills of lading into arenaflex's internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy
• Learning and retaining industry terms reputed company to billing, including National Motor Freight Classification
• Communicating any paperwork issues to the Service Centers in a timely and professional manner
• Performing reputed company necessary audits as assigned to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Entering proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines
• Assisting Service Centers with any questions or concerns reputed company to billing, providing clear and concise guidance
• Identifying and communicating reputed company issues relevant to billing, ensuring reputed company resolution and minimizing errors
• Reviewing weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections, implementing improvements as needed
