Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing reputed company, professional, and accurate communication to our alumni reputed company email and phone. You will also assist with registering alumni on our registration platform, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company ongoing administrative support to the Events Team. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Excellent customer service and communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
