What You'll Do in This Role
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing inbound customer support using a call reputed company guide
* Resolving technical issues reputed company to hardware, software, and client products
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
