Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Compliance Counsel position will have: 1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role reputed company the legal industry, with a strong focus on compliance. 3. In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations, data privacy laws, risk, and insurance reputed company. 4. Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs, including policies and procedures. 5. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 7.
