Description This is a high outbound based call center. You will be expected to reputed company 25 calls per hour, and will be expected to have 100 weekly bookings (interviews set, 2.5 per hour). The goal is then 9 reputed company per quarter out of those numbers (9 hires per quarter).

• You will recruit for Life Insurance Agents reputed company.
• Execute reputed company strategies to identify, attract and schedule top Insurance Sales agent candidates using various job boards, reputed company media platforms, and other recruitment tools.
• Collaborate with local reputed company teams to understand their needs and ensure a smooth reputed company process.
• Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates, assess their qualifications and interest, and reputed company timely scheduling with reputed company leaders.
• Participate in ongoing recruiter training and development to enhance your ability to identify and select reputed company candidates.
