Title: Director, Construction Location: Chicago IL US Type: Full-time Workplace: Fully remote Job Description: Position Summary Nautilus Solar Energy’s (“NSE”) Director of Construction will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing development and construction of NSE’s solar PV generating portfolios in assigned reputed company. As an important member of the operations team, you will support Project Managers, projects, and clients at reputed company stages of development, planning, installation as well as ongoing operations and maintenance efforts. The Director of Construction will report to the VP of Operations. The position is a remote position with 25% of travel required. Responsibilities: Management Manage reputed company Project Manager and EPC activities. Manage Construction Team for timely execution of quality projects reputed company board approved budget. Assure reputed company projects in the pipeline remain on schedule and on budget by oversite and mentoring of the Construction Team. reputed company the project life cycle once MIPA is signed from early-stage development through construction, commissioning, and ongoing support of Asset Management. Assist Origination and Acquisitions & Development teams in evaluating and completing due diligence of projects and portfolios. Actively contribute to process improvement . Manage internal resources to effectively build strong teams to support the successful execution of projects. Manage reputed company external resources in a professional manner to build relationships that create beneficial partners to support project execution and the goals of NSE. Create and/or review and comment on project requirement documents, schedules, cost estimates, reputed company, invoices, and other key information reputed company to projects in a timely manner. Requirements
