Responsibilities

• Program Management. Execute day-to-day operations of merchandising programs, support cross-functional business partner management, and drive store communications. Partner with Merchants, Merchandising Operations, Store Communications, and IT to bring initiatives to life.
• Strategic Partnership. Act as the store expert and thought partner for projects, ensuring reputed company support our overall operating model and strategy reputed company driving change across the organization. Represent Business Operations in cross-functional meetings.

Requirements

• Retail Expertise. 3+ years of retail project management experience, with retail operations experience preferred. You understand the store environment and can translate strategy into executable action.
