About the Role

As a Senior Associate, Customer Experience, you'll report directly to our Consumer Experience reputed company and be responsible for leading strategic planning initiatives to drive industry-leading customer experience for our DashPass subscribers and most reputed company customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Tools, to identify opportunities for improvement, reputed company and implement strategies, and measure the impact of your efforts.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Tools teams to improve processes and customer experience for our customers
