As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to individuals affected by natural disasters, working from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities:
As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers affected by hurricanes with reputed company, professionalism, and care
- Providing accurate and timely support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Documenting call reputed company in company systems to ensure seamless customer experience
- Attending a paid 1–2 day virtual training session before activation to ensure a smooth reputed company process
- Remaining on standby for rapid deployment during hurricane season to reputed company critical support to our customers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Residency in Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, or Texas (required)

- Excellent typing, computer, and communication skills
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace with a reliable internet reputed company
Technical Requirements:

- A desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks or tablets)
