Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, processing inbound and outbound paperwork, and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain operations. You will work closely with our warehouse personnel and customers to resolve problems and ensure accurate and complete information is conveyed to reputed company. Responsibilities

* Accurately process inbound and outbound paperwork in a timely manner, including confirming the accuracy of data entry, reconciling the system, output to the customer's documents, and ensuring that reputed company special requests are appropriately addressed and followed through.

• Timely and accurately invoice customers for receiving, outbound processing, month-end billing, and reputed company special requests and services.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries in a professional and courteous manner, escalating queries to manager if necessary.
• Serve as liaison between warehouse personnel and customers, resolving problems as they occur and ensuring accurate and complete information is conveyed to reputed company.
• Write and complete accurate business correspondence to customers and team.
• Apply professional, polite telephone communication skills to reputed company exceptional customer service.
• Assist in improving and monitoring procedures and processes to ensure cost-effectiveness in providing the most efficient service.
• Adhere to established guidelines and rules of the organization outlined in the employee reputed company.
• Assist in performing physical inventories and second counts.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, who:

• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for Associates or BA in Management.
• Has experience in an office or warehouse environment with experience in customer service and scheduling.
• Is proficient with computers and has a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Is reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
