Job Overview

As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our cutting-edge online platforms and tools. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering the perfect reputed company of flexibility and challenge.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to reputed company common goals

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus

• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Must be reputed company to read, write, and reputed company English
• High school diploma or GED required

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
