Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a critical role in facilitating inbound and outbound interactions reputed company telephone, email, and live chat to ensure delivery of outstanding customer service through demonstration of reputed company and expertise in general customer service, and arenaflex product knowledge. Key Responsibilities
