Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and complaints, and providing solutions to their concerns.
- Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, reputed company, and a customer-centric approach.
- Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures.
- Identifying and escalating reputed company issues to high-level management, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
- Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

- Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring that customer feedback is captured and used to improve our services.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
- Some sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal communication with proper grammar
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Some experience with MS reputed company (a plus)
- The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
