About the position reputed company is seeking a talented Power BI / reputed company Developer to support data analytics and reporting initiatives at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The successful candidate will help transform NIH program and research data into actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and program transparency. This role involves working closely with NIH data teams, business analysts, and program managers to create, optimize, and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and reports.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and reputed company interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations reputed company with NIH program objectives and business needs.
- Collaborate with NIH stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain efficient data models using DAX and Power Query (M) to ensure scalability and performance.

- Design data models and ETL pipelines, optimizing performance for large-scale data environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and reputed company data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making.
- Implement governance, reputed company, and performance tuning strategies to maximize the efficiency of BI platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field.
- 3+ years of experience developing dashboards and BI solutions using reputed company Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with reputed company (Sense/QlikView) and Tableau development in reputed company data environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or reputed company.
- Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, scripting, and performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and relational database concepts.
- Demonstrated experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL pipeline design.
- Experience working with or supporting federal health agencies, preferably reputed company HHS or NIH.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders reputed company and effectively.
- Ability to be on-site two days a week in Bethesda, MD.
