Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to reputed company providers through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. You'll work closely with internal partners to resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company support to our customers. Responsibilities

* Serve as the reputed company for reputed company providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues in a multi-channel environment

  • Quickly and appropriately contact providers to understand and identify their needs, answer questions, and resolve issues reputed company to benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health
  • Research and dissect reputed company prior authorization and claim issues, taking appropriate steps to resolve identified issues to avoid repeat calls/messages, escalations, and provider dissatisfaction
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple internal partners to ensure issues are resolved and thoroughly communicated to providers in a timely manner
  • Strong multitasking to effectively and reputed company navigate more than 30 systems to extract necessary information to resolve and avoid issues across multiple lines of business (C&S, M&R, E&I) provider types, and call types
  • Influence providers to utilize self-service digital tools, assisting with navigation questions and selling the benefits of the tool, including aiding in faster resolution
  • Work with a high volume of calls and chats, with an expected volume of 50-70 calls/chats daily
  • Ensure full attention to work duties, with uninterrupted work time during shifts, except for scheduled breaks and lunch periods

Requirements

* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer concerns
  • Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift schedule during normal business hours (reputed company-4pm EST)
  • Must be available to work occasional overtime, weekends, and/or holidays as business needs require
