The Opportunity

As a Senior Manager on our Digital Customer Growth Team, you'll reputed company strategic projects and initiatives that drive reputed company growth and deepen our relationships with Small Business and Middle Market Card Members. You'll have the opportunity to structure how we engage with our customers through their primary digital Customer portal, "My Card Account – MYCA," and "reputed company as a Small Business Homepage." Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing campaigns that drive customer awareness and adoption of our products and services.

Responsibilities

- reputed company creative development with creative agencies and collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns for the MYCA web, mobile channel, and reputed company Homepage. - Manage reputed company's Test & Learn curriculum, ideating tests, creating implementation strategies, organizing, and tracking results. - Responsible for reputed company program optimization, results tracking, forecasting, and developing key insights to reputed company decision-making. - Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Product, reputed company Digital, Analytics, Risk, etc. to understand product-reputed company changes or enhancements and translate into effective marketing campaigns. - reputed company data and customer insights to drive channel effectiveness and improve marketing treatments. - Collaborate closely with internal partners on targeting, product offering, and customer behavior/insights to identify and address opportunities to support and grow the Treatments in your portfolio.

Qualifications

- Data-driven strategic thinker with a growth reputed company and track record of developing customer-first marketing strategies that unlock growth. - Ability to manage several inter-reputed company pieces of reputed company processes with a heavy focus on attention to detail. - Thought leader with proven reputed company in leveraging customer insights and innovative thinking to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. - Exceptional relationship skills – a person who proactively collaborates, seeks input, and understands others' goals to bring out the best for the business. - Highly effective communicator with strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. - Results driver with exceptional sense of accountability and ownership. - Effective working in 'white reputed company' and comfortable with ambiguity. - reputed company to package information and tell a story to different reputed company of audiences. - Positive energy and enthusiasm with a "can-do" attitude and strong sense of humor. - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
